QuECHERS-HPLC测定大白菜中阿维菌素残留量

摘要:建立大白菜中阿维菌素残留量的准确、快速检测方法。采用QuECHERS-高效液相紫外法测定大白菜中的阿维菌素,用乙腈和萃取试剂(MgSO4NaCl、柠檬酸盐混合物)提取试样,漩涡振荡、离心;再通过PSAGCBMgSO4净化,漩涡振荡、离心;最后收集经0.22 μm有机滤膜过滤的滤液上机检测。在阿维菌素质量浓度0.110.0 mg/L范围内,线性关系较好,相关系数 R20.999 980.2 mg/L2.0 mg/L4.0 mg/L10.0 mg/L 4 组阿维菌素质量浓度测定的重复性好,RSD 0.03%0.28%之间。空白样品试样在0.2mg/L0.4mg/L0.5mg/L1.0mg/L 4个浓度添加水平的回收率为81.35%100.67%。该方法操作简单、方便快捷、灵敏度高、重复性好、稳定性好、结果满意,适用于大白菜中阿维菌素的准确、快速检测;高效液相色谱仪配紫外检测器的普及率高,该方法具有较强的操作性和基层推广意义。

QuECHERS-HPLC Determination of Abamectin Residues in Chinese Cabbage

AbstractTo establish an accurate and rapid method for the determination of abamectin residue in Chinese cabbage. The QuECHERS-high performance liquid (HPLC)-UV method was used to determine the abamectin in Chinese cabbage. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile and extraction reagent (the mixture of MgSO4, NaCl and citrate), vortexed, centrifuged; and then the sample was purified by PSA, GCB and MgSO4, vortexed, centrifuged; and finally collect the filtrate filtered through a 0.22 μm organic filter membrane for machine testing. In the range of abamectin mass concentration 0.1~10.0 mg/L, the linear relationship was good, and the correlation coefficient R2=0.999 98. The reproducibility of abamectin mass concentration in the 4 groups of 0.2 mg/L, 2.0 mg/L, 4.0 mg/L and 10.0 mg/L was good, and the RSD is between 0.03% and 0.28%. The recovery rate of blank samples were 81.35%100.67% at the four supplemental levels of 0.2 mg/L, 0.4 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L and 1.0 mg/L. The method is simple, convenient, sensitive, repeatable, stable and satisfactory. It 0is suitable for the accurate and rapid determination of abamectin in Chinese cabbage. HPLC with ultraviolet detector has a high popularity rate, the method has strong operability and basic promotion significance.
